Birthday Cake?
the anniversary of my girlfriend on Friday and I have a kind of special birthday cake. Nothing too complicated, but nothing too simple because it is a student of recipes or who aspire to become good websites would be greatly appreciated (preferably a recipe from scratch, I do not want to go from one box.) Strawberry Mousse Cake 1 cup butter 1 1 / 4 cups milk 4 eggs 1 / 2 teaspoon salt 2 cups white sugar 2 1 / 4 cups flour 2 Tbsp tea baking soda 1 tsp Tea Vanilla Extract, 2 quarts fresh strawberries, halved lengthwise 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, room temperature 1 / 2 cup sugar 1 tsp white tea vanilla extract 1 / 8 c. tea salt 2 cups heavy Preheat oven to cream to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour 9-inch tube. In a small saucepan, combine butter and milk. Heat until butter is melted, but do not boil. In a medium bowl, beat eggs with 1 / 2 teaspoon salt and 2 cups of sugar. Stir in hot milk and butter and vanilla. Mix flour and baking soda and stir up the mass with smooth. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 55 minutes in the preheated oven, or until knife inserted in the crown of the cake comes out clean. Cool in pan at least 15 minutes, then remove and place on a rack and let cool completely. Whisk in container with an attachment, combine cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and salt. Beat on medium speed until consistency smooth. Pour the cream in a slow steady stream while the mixture is beaten until the mixture is soft and holds up drive. Do not feel grainy. Scraping the bottom of the bowl with a spatula occasionally to remove any lumps. Slice cooled cake horizontally into three layers. Arrange the strawberries in the bottom layer with the top outward. Fill the remaining space with more berries. Spoon some whipped cream on berries and spread evenly. Place another Cake Layer on top and repeat the process. Place the top layer of the cake and cover with the rest cream. Arrange remaining berries over the cream.
