Piece Coaster
Many people may be deterred from buying the Ab Coaster, due to the fact that it is more expensive side. However, I would say that it is expensive, but I say it's more of a price. In life, you get what you pay for. The quality and effectiveness of this piece of equipment definitely worth the price of the Mountain Ab.
On one hand, this machine much mimics the same type of training you could get from hanging leg raises. But I know from personal experience that this can be an extremely difficult and cumbersome exercise in it \ 's own. However, with the Ab Coaster can get the same intense training in a much more comfortable without any strain on the back, arms or neck of any kind.
Ironically, what is truly unique in the Coaster Ab, is that really does what it is going to do. Unfortunately, I can \ 't say the same for many other ab machines that I purchased in the past.
The Ab Coaster gives a complete abdominal workout. When I say complete, I mean really full. The Ab Coaster targets both the upper abs and lower abs. Also, with a simple adjustment of the knee pad you can train your obliques as well.
Overall, I am very happy with my Ab Coaster. I think it was worth worth every dollar it cost me. If the work of their way to great looking abs is a priority for you, then I recommend this piece of equipment.
